Woodward Fab introduces the HEC S Series of pipe and tube hole saw notchers. Our engineers have created a design that will allow any field service technician to easily make accurate cuts on industrial equipment. The HEC allows for one person operation by lowering the machine to the job instead of having to hoist it up for often dangerous roof top cuts, as is necessary with any angle grinder and similar hand tools.

The HECS/PIPENOTCH will not only fit perfectly into your hand, you will marvel at its ability to cut a perfect 2” notch. The HECS/PIPENOTCH pipe and tube hole saw has a revolutionary offsetting on each tooth that eliminates walking; no walking no burning of the material, cuts perfect circles every time, and allows for a perfect circular cut every time. It can even be used to safely cut door jambs, which is impossible with conventional made hole saws.

This pipe hole saw notcher is designed for use with power drill to make a long clean notch. Notcher is made for heavy steel, has a very accurate depth gauge and will not bend steel pipe.

Woodward Fab's HECSPNotcher, Model 2" is used for cutting Notches in Tubing and Pipe. The Template and Carrier Assembly have a 360° Rotation to achieve the desired cut position for Notching multiple pieces. This combined with the ability to move the Carrier Assembly into the Notch position by hand makes an easy job of Notching multiple pieces of Pipes or Tubing .

This model is capable of notching pipe and tubing from 1" to 2". It has a maximum cutting depth of 6-3/4" with a 1" tool holder and has 3 interchangeable hole saws. The saw is designed for right or left handed cutting. Its stand allows cutting angles between -5° and +45°.

This unique tool will save you time and labor by notching pipe and tubing in tight areas. The device is capable of cutting a notch in any position within the range of 0° to 180°. The desired angle is marked on the arm with a scale and is adjustable at any point during operation.
