This WHITE-RODGERS Valve features a 120V HotRod Round Silicone Nitride heater. The valve contains our patented PRO Flow Control and has a flow range up to 93 GPM. It also features Extra Hot protection in the mixed flow zone, flame failure device, and a damper assembly that is fully adjustable from minimum to maximum flow.

The White·Rodgers 109891 120V HotRod Round Silicone Nitride Thermostat is constructed with a single rod that provides a range of heating or cooling from 58.5 degrees to 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Ideal for use in small spaces, this thermostat allows you to adjust your home's temperature up to 30 degrees without turning on your system's baseboard heat, and features a manual override so you can select different settings if necessary. This ½" thick thermostat is designed with white lettering on its gray face, and includes the automated setback feature for more convenience.

White-Rodgers 109891 120V HotRod Round Silicone Nitride  is a silicone nitride that has been injected with tiny round potassium fillers. This injection process creates higher accuracy at temperatures that rarely get as hot as 750ºF. In addition, the round silicone nitride should be easier to cast than a conventional filler type.

The 120V HotRod Round Series features a hot, flexible mounting base that allows the heating element to easily wrap around obstacles, making installation quick and easy. The silicone nitride element is smooth enough to prevent any scratching in the drain pan. These elements are equipped with an industrial-grade thermostat for precise temperature control – 6 minute lead-in cycle; 20 +/- 0.25F (0.1C) heat range.

This White-Rodgers Round Silicon Nitride Hotrod Element offers a long life and consistent flow. It fits 120V AC standard residential burner configurations. The round element features best in class ignition characteristics, extending element life and reducing the frequency of voltage changes.

With its rugged, round design and high service voltage ratings, the WHITE-RODGERS 109891 120V HotRod® Round Indoor Plug-In Thermocouple is designed to withstand severe conditions in the most demanding applications. The dual insulated thermocouple probe features a stainless steel sheath and offers superior flexibility. The braided steel cable is encased in Fiberglass for outstanding heat and abrasion resistance.
