RV4 Series 10k potentiometers with white earbud headphones designed for use with Honeywell's popular "R" series of thermostats. Conversion kit comes complete with manufactured adapter bracket, two quad rings and a set of #1 screws.

Our potentiometer allows you to control your motor speed perfectly.  You have full control over the revolutions of your fan by using the knob.  The white headband earbud headphones can be installed on either side of your stand, and have a flexible gooseneck design that lets them accommodate different head sizes.
