THE POWERTMITE 3WAY MIXING VALVE IS INTENDED FOR PRIMARY CORROSION PROTECTION IN DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS, METER STANDS AND GENERAL SERVICE. THE PNEUMATICALLY OPERATED THREE-WAY VALVE PROVIDES AUTOMATIC VALVE OPERATION THROUGH THE ELECTRONIC TRANSFER OF A THREE-WIRE DC SIGNAL TO THE ACTUATOR, WHICH IS LOCATED AT THE SPIGOT END OF THE VALVE. ONCE ACTIVATED, THE SPIGOT WILL MOVE TO AN OPEN OR CLOSED POSITION
The Siemens PowerMITE SF Series 3-way mixing valves are designed for use with PowerMITE series control valves and PowerMITE force-venturi flow controllers for high-pressure air regulators, tank venting, air assist systems, and other low pressure applications. The semiautomatic electronic actuator provides fail-safe operation with good force feedback and zero deadband.
The PowerMITE ® 1/2-inch Modulating Three-Way Mixing Valve controls hot water supply from a constant pressure hot water supply and a variable pressure rail-mounted pump. The mixing valve is designed to provide accurate flow proportionation between the two inlet supplies, minimizing product down time. It also features an electronic actuator which can be selected in 0 to 10V dc, 4-20 mA or 0 to 5 V dc pulse proportional control circuits.
