The Honeywell ZONE VALVE BALL AND O-RING is Ball And O-ring. This product is a genuine manufactured Honeywell Part and made to the exact specifications of the original product.

For use on zone valve used with P.T.I. controls, Zones and Circulating pumps Apply all torque necessary to obtain good contact between ball and seat. If residue is present from previous packing, it should be removed by stroking the ball, in a radial direction, over a piece of #320 screen. After ball has been seated, tighten locknut finger tight then add one-fourth turn in the direction which will tighten the pack more. The Ball & O-Ring are critical to the correct operation of the zone control valve and must be replaced if found to be defective.

This ball and o-ring works with Honeywell zone valves to keep the pipes free of blockage. Made of durable materials, this O-ring ensures a secure fit. The ball comes in brass or rubber, depending on which you prefer.

Honeywell Zone Valve Ball & O-Ring are used on the valve stem. It fits between the stem and any Zone valve.
