1/4" MALE THREAD BALL JOINT FOR 5/1

The Honeywell Ball Joint allows for maximum adjustment from all damper positions using this ball joint accessory. Used with a 1/4" male thread rod and standard base.

The Honeywell 1904, Inc. ball joint is used with dampers and actuators for all 1907 series positive displacement flow control valves. This ball joint connects the operator to the actuator or damper with an 1/8" male thread. It has a metal stud attached to a metal ball and will stretch up to 5-9/32".

As a part of the Honeywell Intellia HVAC system, our actuators control the flow of air for a healthy home. They are easy to install and durable enough to last for many years. The ball joint accessory can be used with all actuators and dampers, and has a 1/4"-20 threaded male end, which screws into the actuator.

This ball joint accessory will connect this device to a 5/16" pipe and can rotate up to 180 degrees horizontally and vertically.

The ball joint is used to connect two adjacent actuators (1850 series) with a 5/16" threaded rod. The ball joint is optional and may not be required for all installations. Please check with your local distributor to confirm.

Provide a fluid motion in space with an adjustable ball joint. Move the joint on any type of actuator or damper to create resistance against the valve or restrict air flow. This ball joint can be adjusted two ways: linear and angular. The linear adjustment range is ±10 degrees and the angular adjustment range is ±135°.
