The 29993 227 Inner / Outer Reamer has a tapered shank that allows reaming on either side, which simplifies the job of shaping a seal surface or counter bore hole. This handy tool is ideal for boreholes in metal, wood, concrete or plastic.

This tool combines the versatility of two tools in one - an Inside Reamer and an Outside Reamer. With its patented compound radius, or cone and tapered edges, the 29993 can be used to ream inside or outside diameters where close tolerances are required. This cutter has many different uses---a multiple pitch corrective reamer for externally damaged threads, a multiple pitch pilot for deep hole tapping and as an integrator for defective threads.

This high performance, single-speed Inner/Outer Reamer features steady-state speed and continuous feed for high productivity. The extra cutting flutes provided on this reamer ensure close fits and eliminates plugging when used with abrasive materials. This reamer has been hardened and ground for a long life, and designed for use with all styles of tubing.

RIDGID® R2775™ Series Wireline Reamer features an adjustable shoe-to-stem clearance to compensate for wear on one side of the reamers, preventing "flips."
