8" SILICONE HIGH TEMP DIAPHRAGM

The HONEYWELL 314153 314153 8" SILICONE HIGH TEMP DIAPHRAGM is a replacement for the following: NORDYNE: 976167, WESTINGHOUSE: 4495508. Precision engineered from high quality raw materials, our silica gel diaphragms and bellows are made with overlapping cellulose acetate tubing to prevent leaks, and a fiber of waterproof cotton fabric(silica gel seal) to protect against bacteria. Samples are available on request.

Our 314153 8" silicone high temp diaphragm is suitable for use with 196, 201 and 208 series compressors. It has 1/2" ferrule thread, and is intended for use in refrigeration or air conditioning applications.

The Honeywell 314153 8" Silicone High-Temp Diaphragm is easy to install and replace. It fits most Honeywell industrial-style air cleaners that use this mounting system. This diaphragm is constructed of foam filled silicone rubber with a metal casing.

The Honeywell 314153 Silicone High Temp Diaphragm with 1/2" Male NPT is ideal for a variety of applications, including pharmaceuticals, food processing, water purification and more.

HONEYWELL'S 314153 has a pressure range of 0 to 100 psig and an accuracy of ±5%. The diaphragm can be used for temperatures up to 400°F. It is a high temperature 8" diaphragm designed for use in industrial applications requiring repeated exposure to oils, solvents, scale and other chemicals. The diaphragms have replaceable metal seated faces in the range of 0 to 15 psig. This model is constructed with a rubber silica blend and includes EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) covers having a PTE rating

The 314153 is a diagonal patterned, high temperature, silicone diaphragm for all gas controls that are manufactured within Honeywell. This diaphragm is an OEM part with a one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on control devices made by Honeywell.

Silicone diaphragm is designed for use in applications where heat resistance between -50°F to 300°F is required. This high quality diaphragm is double molded to provide maximum heat and chemical resistances. The gauge of the silicone membrane is .010" nominal and will remain flexible from -40°F to +350°F. Ideal application, automotive oil pressure gauge on hot engines, vapor recovery, fuel cells, and chemical process devices.
