The design of this CLAMP RING OPTIFLO creates a seal for total shutoff of a water line. The body is made of high tensile strength cast iron, the same material used in high pressure fire lines. The disk that contacts the pipe is spring loaded, reacts quickly to starting and stopping flows. The housing has a formed steel base so you can place on any flat surface, and allows easy access to inspection points for service.

The patented CLAMP RING OptiFlo is a unique, adjustable, replaceable nozzle for tightening air cylinders. Inflatable bladders are used in a wide range of applications from rehabilitation to underwater construction and maritime to drag reduction. With a single device, the application can now have bags inflated with either air or water or a combination of the two with an on-board switch to inflate an external bladder positioned off the bag close by. The tightness and flexibility of the clamp ring permits it to make virtually any size connection without impacting performance.

Forged from copper and brass, this UNITED CLAMP RING OPTIFLO is ideal for use with 3/4" Penstock pipe. The lip of the nut allows for easy and secure installation/uninstalls while the large handle make it easier to use. The dimensions are 7-3/4" long x 5-5/8" wide and includes all the necessary hardware.
