The SNAP DISC FAN CONTROL is a Gen II plug-in or wire-in thermostat that works with the WHILE-RODGERS 90 Series, 200 Series, and 3100 Series residential comfort systems. This NEMA 4X tamperproof enclosure thermostat combines fine thermometer control along with positive snap disc controls for furnace fan speed and primary heat operation. It features snap disc fan controls that automatically cycle off the fan motor when the system cools down at its preprogrammed temperature.

The White-Rodgers 5088 thermostat is a snap disc fan control thermostat that has a 200F in 180F cut-out close on rise.

This product provides single-stage gas furnace and central air conditioning control and protection. It is capable of selecting normal fan operation for normal conditions. When high temperatures are detected, the snap disc begins to close, driving input power to the heating system. The snap disc then clicks closed at the set point temperature for both high and low heating modes.

The 250 Series thermostat is compact, for easy wiring, and has two ranges of settings to provide versatility of operation. The main range runs from 0°F to 200°F with an auxiliary range that can be switched off by a snap disc at 180°F and on again by another snap disc at 210°F.
