BRISTOL DISC 50 GRIT 4 1/2 THRD 5/8-11

3M24241 Bristol Disc 50 Grit 4 1/2 Thread 5/8-11 is a replacement sandpaper disc for use with the 3M Roloc Disc Sander.

The 3M24241 50-Grit Bristol Disc has a 5/8-11 thread size, and is 5.5 in in diameter. It is made of aluminum oxide, has a medium grade and provides general surface grinding or deburring on steel and castings.

The 3M ASPEN BRISTOL 50 GRIT AO DISC is a Stone-Aged ideal abrasive for sandblasting applications, fabricated of mineral-free paper on a nonwoven web backing that provides exceptional durability. Bristol Discs are designed to perform in a variety of blasting techniques including impact bead, pressure bead, reverse impact and reverse pressure. The Bristol Disc has been engineered to provide consistent surface finishes and to minimize material build up.

3M's extra-thick, 5/8-inch, 24-inch discs are designed to fit standard 6- and 8-inch grinders. The 3M24241 Bristol disc is a 50-grit. The face has been coated with resin and a tacky bond to provide consistent disc adhesion.
