The 3M Scotch Weld DP100 Clear Epoxy Adhesive is a heat-curing epoxy adhesive that combines the strength of epoxy with the ease of vinyl. This double-package of liquid and powder has a formulation that develops a fast joint with excellent adhesion, high shear and impact strengths, high modulus, and good fatigue resistance. It can be used as a potting compound as well as for bonding plastic to metal, ceramic, glass, wood or other substrates. It can be repeated bonded when cured and can be used on applications up to 300 degrees C (570 degrees F).

Scotch Weld DP100 clear epoxy adhesive is an industry standard product for long-term adhesion of heat-resistant substrates. Featuring a temperature range from -60 degree to 220 F, and a 3 year shelf life, this adhesive provides a strong bond that is resistant to moisture and curing within 2 hours.
