The Field Controls 64784 18"-replacement lamp has been specially designed for use with the Field Controls UV-18 sterilizer. This is a replacement lamp only and does not include a ballast. IMPORTANT: Do not attempt to operate a UV-18 using any other type of lamp than those specifically designed for this purpose, as damage to the unit can occur.
