The Aqua Control 473716Z Mastertemp Water Pressure Switch is a part of the Aqua Control line that began with the launch of our T-Stat. In 2006 we unveiled our popular Masterstat line of temperature controls and now have become one of the most trusted hardware selections in hydronic radiant flooring applications.

The Aqua Group Internal Water Pressure Switch monitors the pressure within a water system. It has been designed for use with water heaters, boilers and other water systems up to 1/2" in size. Using a medium range (yellow) thermoplastic body containing a porcelain-sealed, water pressure sensing diaphragm. The sensing element may be rotated from horizontal to vertical by the operator for ease of installation into the system piping.

Aqua Master turns the health of your environment over to you. Aqua Master has a water pressure switch designed for use as part of an automatic temperature control system that maintains constant water temperature in the hot water tank. If the cold water supply line falls below a preset temperature, this unit will activate the water heater burner to bring the incoming cold water back up to a preset value. If the preset value is not reached within a specified time, this unit will shut off the burner until the cold water supply comes back to spec.

Leak detection is a must for most water systems. Over time, the seals on valves can dry out or crack, causing leaks in piping. The Aqua Master brand of Pressure Switch is designed to provide years of dependable service by employing replaceable parts. This switch features a large pressure compensating diaphragm that is set at factory and will not require field adjustment to compensate for changes in line pressure. The switch body and housing are constructed of cast iron for durability and shortened mounting time. The stainless steel trip sets include an adjustable neutral leg spring which eliminates the need for using a wide assortment of springs used in other models

The Aqua Pressure Switch is a high quality pressure switch featuring a full copper body. This pressure switch was specially designed to work with all MasterTemp domestic water heaters. (MasterTemp water heaters are not included.)
