This ECM (Outdoor) Motor is designed for use with Rheem's Protech and Ruud/Protec Systems. It has a 1/3HP 208/230 Volt Condenser Motor for a heat pump or air conditioner. The motor was manufactured in September 2000 and has been tested to ensure quality and performance.

RHEEM 174340 /Protech - Motor - ECM (Outdoor) - /Ruud/Protec 1/3HP 208/230V Condenser Motor Recommended Replacement: Every 7 Years if the unit is used for 3-4 months per year and 400 hours annually. 5 year replacement if used only 2 months per year. This product is an indoor air handler that provides cooling and heating. It is used to provide continuous air conditioning and it's not designed to heat water.

1/3 HP - 208/230V Condenser Motor Kit. Rheem RTE29-2ADC11, Protech Protec HC04A1, Ruud 1RTE29-2ADC11, Ruud 174340. If your condenser motor is starting to make grinding noises or if it's running too slow this may be the cause.
