The Rheem 51-24376-01 is now discontinued. If your unit says 51-24376-01 this is at least a compatible motor but with different end caps and no writing on them. They may have the brand Eon on them but it is still the same motor.

ECM Motor Motors contain sophisticated electronic components and cannot be repaired with ordinary tools or equipment. Before replacing an ECM motor, check the wiring harness and burned fuse for damage. No modifications to the electrical wiring system are allowed. The power cord with strain relief must be in place and properly routed through the strain relief and plug. If a new power cord is used, the sealing plate/plug must be secured with two stainless steel sheet metal screws included in kit P4201985 or equivalent, before installing a replacement motor.
