The RHEEM 51-104306-12 Ruud Eon ECM Motor 1 hp has been engineered to meet the top energy efficiency rating (EEER) for air conditioners and heat pumps set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

The Ruud Eon ECM motor can replace standard 1/2 or 3 hp permanent split capacitor motors. This ECM motor is oil-filled and requires no maintenance or new refrigerant, has 10% more overload capacity and is 30% more efficient with a 3 year warranty. Not intended for use on existing ECMs.

Eon ECM motors provide the perfect combination of superior energy efficiency savings and ultra low noise. The ECM technology is built into the blower wheel allowing you to operate at lower speeds while still delivering excellent airflow for unmatched comfort. This motor operates between 880 and 1,000 RPM providing better efficiency than standard motors that run at speeds up to 2,400 RPM.
