McDonnell & Miller 4000 Xylem- 51-HD Head Mechanism with NEW HCY Unloader.

The 4000 4 valve cylinder heads are a smaller bore unit for a 4.250" piston. Many of the top names in drag racing have used these heads on their Pro Stock cars to run in the mid 6's as well as the under 8 second bracket.

The 4000 Xtyle features a 13.0/13.5L tank, 12" x 9" head with full circle sight glass, 'X' valve assembly, 90 degree operator handle, .682 stepless pattern control valve, adjustable pressure control knob and brass drain valve that allows for easy draining of excess water.

The 4000 series 'HD' head has an 'Intelligent' quick drain system and no moving parts to wear out or cause jams. The hardened steel guides have been redesigned for improved performance and durability. Special heat treated guides allow for an increased number of metal tip sizes and the use of both braided and monofilament lines on the same head.

The 4000 Xylem utilizes a specially designed Venturi Trigger to assist with trap operation. The easy to use horizontal lever allows for smooth adjustment of the trigger pressure. This is a double action head making it ideal for coarse materials, such as woods, and post activation. A finger switch allows for easy operation from the rear of the machine.

The 4000 Xylem-51-HD meets or exceeds the USGA and R&A guidelines for club head design, performance and test standards. It is approved for use in competitions governed by those organizations.
