REPLACEMENT HEAD FOR 61 140300

This is a replacement head for the 61-HD , 61-HR, and 61/61-CH. It features a 4021C #140300 Xylem regulator and has been redesigned to be more stable. The intake port has been moved out of the way to prevent clothing from being sucked into an intake port. The head also has new venturi ports that gives it more power while reducing noise.

Attach the 4021 replacement head to your 61 Mill and you're ready to start milling. The Xylem-61-HD is designed with a one-piece aluminum body, an all stainless steel bearing and hardened tool steel cutting edge for life time performance. The depth of cut is pre-set at 0.02" (0.5 mm), which provides for a full kerf cut and double shear action for increased chip removal.

The 61 Head Mechanic's Reference Book is a complete practical guide to the servicing of 61 series engines. It contains an exploded diagram and parts list for the head, as well as full details on the workings of the engine. The book is designed as a handy desktop reference guide for use during overhaul or repair work on the engine.

The 4021 Xylem-61-HD Low Pressure - combined with the 140300 Double Valve Assembly - provides the operator greater control and efficiency at low pressures while still allowing he or she to run air at pressures of 75 to 125 psi. The valve is serviceable without removing the head.

The Xylem-61-HD is a standard head with an attached conventional style handle. The handle of the Xylem-61-HD can be adjusted in three different positions to accommodate almost any size body.
