The Flow Switch IntelliChlor Pent can be used for almost any pool based on whether the pool is fiberglass , stainless steel / gunite, or plastic. Water will flow into this device through a PVC union connection, then it will activate a relay within the switch which will then shut off the power of the pump if there is any breakage or leaks within the system.

The IntelliChlor 520736 Flow Switch is not recommended for use with chlorine unless Aqua-Pent 70619 or Aqua-Pent 70620 chlorinator/solenoid valves are installed upstream of the flow switch. The IntelliChlor Flow Switch is suitable for use in all indoor pool applications using liquid chlorine, bromine, or combined chlorine systems.

Compatible with Pentair IntelliChlor PENT systems, it provides the ability to turn on an attached pump when water is sensed in the return line.
