5523 003 PASSAGE LATCH 234 BALDWIN ESTATE LEVER

These lever passage door latches are made of brass with a polished copper finish, and fit most 2-3/4-in.-backset doors. Each latch features one lever that controls locking or unlocking the door. The latch has a 3/8 in. x 3/8 in. square keyway, and comes supplied with two 5/8 in. levers that have a 10 operating limit. To install, remove the existing latch bolt from the door, set aside the strike plate, fit the Baldwin 5523 003 passage latch, along with the left and right lever assemblies provided into the center hole of the door
