24V 1/2" TWO STAGE NATURAL GAS VALVE

The Lennox DuraVent 24V 1/2" Natural Gas Valve features an oversized flow control that delivers an extra long operating cycle with better flow uniformity. This Natural Gas Valve is ideal for designs requiring tighter control over the burn rate of the appliance and where there are long and short gas flows.

Lennox recommends 24V two stage valves be used in all 72+ SEER systems to maintain proper airflow while optimizing compressor operation. It is recommended that a secondary 1/2" shutoff be installed on the supply for energy efficiency and to provide adequate redundancy for a primary control in the event of failure.

A 1/2" 2-stage single port, brass ball valve commonly used in natural gas applications. Valve is equipped with a 6-way Viton® needle and seat for long life and leak-proof performance. The stem is made of stainless steel for durability and has a 12mm IPS female inlet and outlet for quick connect fittings.

The 56M40 Valve is a 24V, 1/2" NPT two-stage valve. It is the first stage of Lennox's FUBA Series Dehumidifier Expansion Valve. The 56M40 will control the air flow into a home humidifier or air conditioner by converting the standard 208/240 volt (power line) into 24 volts for the dehumidifier/air conditioning equipment. The valve is installed between an electrical outlet and the dehumidifier's pump section.

The 203002 is a two stage gas valve, built with a 3.5" diameter body. It provides fully modulating burner control at both low and high stage settings, which are switchable on and off with the manual controls. The valve's differential pressure setting of 15 to 25 PSIG can be manually altered to meet the requirements of an application, while the float and level switches make it easy to monitor and maintain system integrity.

The Lennox 2 stage gas valve has been designed specifically for use on most Lennox Heat Pump systems which operate on natural gas. The design of the valve includes a heated tip which helps to eliminate any dirt or gunk build up.
