Slop and Boost valves are used to enable the user to control the pressure of the gas supply to the furnace. The SloOp(TM) (1&2 Stage- Low Opening Pressure) Pilot Regulator "1/2"" SloOp 1Stg Pilot NG Valve" is a pressure regulator designed for use with Natural Gas. It is used to limit the inlet pilot pressure to approx. 6 PSI at low gas flow conditions.

Rheem 1/2"" Slo-Op Gas Valve is designed for the lower pressure requirements of high efficiency gas furnaces and stoves. The pilot assembly can be adjusted from 5.7 - 8.3 in wg for proper ignition. The 6"" stem can be replaced with a 12"" stem to increase the height over a tall appliance.
