Designed for residential and light commercial applications, the 6310003R is right hand entrance and storeroom mortise lock with 2-1/2 backset, vertical long throw spool latch, smooth action deadbolt, Schlage Exterior Grade 1 cylinder and Baldwin Lifetime Polished Brass finish. It incorporates a patented anti kick-in feature with torsion bar in the latchbolt.

The Entrance (Outside) opening portion measures 2-1/8 inches wide by 2-1/8 inches deep, and the Storeroom (Inside) opening is 1-5/16 inches wide by 2-1/8 inches deep. This mortise lock is constructed of Brass Material with a Polished Brass Finish.
