This Baldwin residential mortise lock is ideal for both new construction and replacement applications. The 6321 050 LH features a left hand inactive leaf, 2.5 backset, satin brass finish, ANSI/BHMA grade 1-4 cylinder, 2 - 1-3/8 inch backset lever handles. Matching knobs/levers available separately.

Constructed from solid brass, this Mortise lock features a 2.5 inch backset and comes with a Lifetime Mechanical and Finish Warranty. This product is to be paired with the Baldwin 6321 049 Cylinder Lock , which is sold separately.

The Baldwin 6321.L is a left-handed mortise lock that features an emergency egress sectional backset, polished brass finish and satin brass finish hard plates. The cylinder is two point reversible for use on either the right or left hand door.

This Baldwin Left Handed Emergency Egress 2.5" Living Lever Mortise Lock is designed to be installed on the inside of the door and has both an emergency egress function and a regular lock function. The lock can be operated from outside if necessary and would work well in commercial applications or in residential applications with more than one entrance. The faceplate is made of a black satin-nickel finish and has a polished brass trim plate.

Baldwin 6321.L Entrance Mortise Locks with Individually Coded Cylinders feature a patented cylinder deadbolt design that allows for complete lock bypass in the unlikely event of a mechanical failure or if the cylinder is lost or stolen. This mortise tubular lock includes no exposed screws on the faceplate for increased resistance to vandalism. The lock has a 5 pin cylinder and accepts all standard single and double-bitted key configurations.

Equipped with a 2 1/8" backset, the 6321050L lock is designed to be locked or unlocked from the outside without a key, but can also be locked or unlocked from the inside using a Baldwin Combination Cylinder. All Baldwin combination cylinders come standard with practice cylinders, so you can let your family and friends in without worry whenever you need to vent or show your home.

Traverse your home's perimeter easily with the 6321.L residential door lock and secure your home from the outside in the event of a fire or other emergency, or simply leave your home from inside as you need to leave quickly. Featuring flexible restrictions on egress, a self-latching function, and an adjustable spring as part of its tamper-proof cylinder, it uses a Sargent & Greenleaf RKS security keyway, and is capable of resisting high temperatures. It works with a standard mortise-style cylinder that accepts all Baldwin National Mortise Cylinders.
