RHEEM's Drain Pan - Removable series is designed for use with the Ruud Protec and Protec Plus packaged systems. It removes easily from the condensing unit by sliding upward and tilting forward, allowing them to be cleaned without removing the pan.

The drain pan is removable to make cleaning easier or for replacement purposes. The drain pan will need to be replaced when drilling a hole.

Drain pans make the clean up process quick and easy. Just unscrew the drain pan from inside your unit and place it in your sink for easy draining, cleaning, and drying.

A 4.65 qt. removable drain pan for RHEEM and RUUD water heaters; must be ordered as a separate part and cannot be retrofitted onto existing water heaters. This pan can relieve positive pressure when draining by allowing air to enter the drain pipe before water is withdrawn from the tank. It also catches any sediment that remains in the hot water heater after a standard draining with a garden hose - helping protect against rust, sediment damage and heating element failure.
