Rabbeted strike box, made of heavy 8 gauge brass for long service. Will accommodate padlocks up to 1-1/8" wide x 5/16" thick (4 mm). Use of 3-1/2" or larger locks is not recommended. Rabbet depth 1-1/8". Thickness 5/16". Width 1-3/4". Box has 2 7/8" opening in front. Keyed alike, duplex nickel plated brass key blank KE003-N.
