The 4508 1/2" Snap Throttle Gas Valve offers easy operation with a full 1/2" of travel. With its 3 lbs. maximum valve pressure, this is a must if you want to obtain full power from your tank. Also available in a Natural Gas version, and both versions are precision machined from solid brass to stand up to any rigors you can throw at them.

This 1/2" Snap Throttle Valve with lever handles is manufactured from durable cast iron and designed for use on liquid propane gas (LPG) domestic and commercial installations. The valve also accepts natural gas, however, a conversion kit may be necessary to connect it to a natural gas source. Handles with screw adjustment allow easy installation and control of flow rate.

The 4508 Series is a 1/2" bore, snapping throttle valve that is designed specifically for natural gas flow. It can be used for residential and commercial applications that use natural gas. The 4508 Series is constructed from brass and an aluminum handle and has no moving parts to wear out. This easy to install product comes complete with the valve, inlet nipple, stop check, 100' 5/16" to 1/2" hose assembly and friction washer.

The RI 4508 valve uses 1/2 inch male NPT ports. It is a snap throttle design, with a fully rotating throttle handle. The shutter control handle ensures accurate shot string positioning for shot-to-shot repeatability and overall valve performance. The low mass balanced crank facilitates easy valve operation. The heavy duty cast iron yoke and bronze cylinder improved rigidity.
