The 700-453 line voltage gas valve is specifically designed for use on gas ranges and cooktops to control the supply of natural or propane gas to the burner. It features an integrated shut off device, built in thermal overload protection, and can only be used for the rapid extinguishment of gas at or below 512F (260C). The 700-453???s flow range is from 1/8?? to 6 CFH (0.01 to 0.21m???).

The 700-453 is a single phase 480 volt three wire, triple function valve for on/off, modulating and pulse low and high energy control. Quality manufactured from dead lined brass with a full body nickel trimmed bonnet. Sealed and 316-stainless construction provides dependable performance at an economical cost. The valve is hermetically sealed and cooled by pressurized gas to prevent the freeze-up condition so often found in other valves of this type. Safe air gap when open protects against shock.
