The 24V 1/2" X 1/2" HOT SURFACE/DIRECT Plug Cutter is built for cutting hot water lines to the water heater. It can also be utilized for other heavy duty applications such as hot surface connection to your home's HVAC system or other equipment that requires direct temperature control. It is designed to cut up to 2 inch Copper or CPVC tubing and features an adjustable thermostat to maintain consistent heat and a nozzle guide that enhances cutting accuracy.

The 24V Hot Surface Direct has an innovative design to allow you to see the job while it is being cut. With easy to use glow switches that allow you to select the wire size and depth, your next cut will be a breeze. The 24V Hot Surface Direct is designed for use in production environments with an adjustable stand to accommodate all of your cutting needs. Ideal for fabrication shops, electrician, production floor work, car body/boat shops, utility locators and installation crews.

Powerful, yet compact, the 722-051 hot plate direct heater is ideal for heating a wide range of products. With a power rating of 450 watts, this innovative heater features a 24V, 1/2" X 1/2" cartridge that can withstand up to 550°F (288°C) and comes with a (2) year warranty.  It has an adjustable thermostatic control, on/off switch and a built-in carrying handle.

The 722-051 24V Brushless DC Motor Hot Surface 145A Contactor is a direct drive type with sliding brushes. It has a 7/8" diameter input shaft, 9-pin .051 dual in-line terminal block, and hardened steel commutator. The rear seal is viton. The rotor is made of nickel plated brass and the stator is carbon steel laminations with 4 layers of copper wire insulation. The rated voltage for this model are 115VAC, 120/208-230 VAC, or 240 VAC.
