The Lennox 206358 Blower-PURGE ASSEMBLY replaces a worn out, broken or missing Blower-PURGE ASSEMBLY.
Your Lennox Blower-PURGE ASSEMBLY 206358 allows you to operate your heating and cooling system by intermittently removing the combustion air supply and introducing ambient air into the furnace. This assembly includes a plastic purge cap, 1/4" NPT threaded nut, 5/16" hex nut, is approximately 3.25 inches in diameter and .125" thick, and is made of brass with a black finish.
Lennox blower-purge assembly 206358 is designed to eliminate the need for a contractor to access the evaporator coil from inside the building. The blower-purge assembly has a built-in metal anchor plate that provides a secure attachment to the metal exhaust header. The assembly is carried over the roof by a flexible coiled roofing boot.
The blower-purge assembly (part number 206358) is located at the bottom of the Lennox Multi-Flex® Comfort Series gas furnace. This assembly is a group of components that work together to force air into the lines or out of the lines and purge gas out of these same lines.
