This contactor features a white insulated base with 1/4" terminals, and is designed for 208/230VAC maximum voltage. The coil resistance is 7.2 Ohms DC. It has 30 amp contacts that are rated at 187 mA at 24 VAC, enclosed in a wide angle solenoid. It operates normally open or normally closed when triggered by a signal from another device or power supply, such as a timer or an appliance controller.

This is the 3-pole 30 amp contactor from White-Rodgers. It has a 187 mA, 7.2 ohms DC resistance and a coil voltage of 24 VAC. This contactor is designed to be used with motors up to 1/5hp (0.20 kW), but it can handle up to 1 hp (0.75 kW) with a 5% overload for 15 seconds at a time and 30 amps continuously with 10% overload for 15 seconds at a time as long as this does not exceed 1 minute per hour.
