SHAFT SEAL KIT HQQE FOR CR, CRI, CR

The shaft seal kit HQQE is an alternative to the original HQQ shaft seal. The main difference between these two shaft seals is that the HQQE has a higher durability and flexibility thanks to its reinforced edge. This makes it suitable for applications that involve very demanding loads (e.g. centrifugal pumps). The HQQE is used in the following series; CR, CRI, CRN, CRI N without controller electronics module.

Replace your old worn shaft seal with this Grundfos Shaft Seal Kit. Easy to install, the replacement seal kit will get your motor running at peak efficiency. The replacement kit works with the CR…, CRI… and CR motors and is only for use on 3/4HP and 1HP models.

Although it is used on both pump types (CR & CRI), the components of the shaft seal kit are not compatible. Therefore, for CR pumps there will be a cartridge spacer. In addition, the shaft seal kit contains nitrile O-rings instead of EPDM which is used on CRI pumps.

This shaft seal kit is suitable for the following pumps: HQE/HQQE, WFE/WFEQ/IP, HWS/HWSQ.
