Its dummy trim gives you the choice of pre-setting your door at its correct latch setting, and locks to prevent tampering.

The 973 Milan UK26 is ideal for new construction. The deadbolt comes with a 4-9/16" by 3-1/2" fixed oval strike that meets ANSI Grade 2 standards. It also includes a 3-3/8" by 3-1/2" 6 pin retractor strike. This series features the TruLatch rekeyable deadbolt.

KWIKSET 973 MILAN TRIM is only compatible with straight sided door preparations. It can be secured to the surface of a door or door frame using the screws provided.

The 973 Windsor (US26) from KWIKSET is a recessed surface-mount deadbolt designed for finger push operation or with a backset between 26 mm and 42 mm. It features an automatic locking retractor, case designed to meet UL/CUL specifications for surface or flush mounting, and an A2 rated cylinder for improved security.
