The Johnson Controls 99751 Temperature Sensor is used as a protection against fire. It is PTC rated 400VAC and 3A with indefinite travel limits, made up of PVC cable, Teflon, silicone rubber housing and has platinum tipped prongs.

The 99751 provides a silicone sensor for overheat protection and has a PVC cable.

The JCI 99751 has a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) element that may be wired between a process and an electrical relay. The sensor has an operating range from 212 degrees F to 854 degrees F (the factory default is 428 degrees F) and has a voltage rating of 120 volts AC or 24 volts DC.

The Johnson Controls 99751 temperature sensor is 1”L x .625”dia. and made from silicon. The cable has two conductors (black/white & yellow/black) and is PVC jacketed for light protection. Use this temperature sensor to switch heating/cooling, control heaters or combustion blowers, or to signal a space conditioner to operate.
