The BECKETT® Igniter AFG-65 Air Tube is composed of a steel blast tube body and an aluminum water blast tube end fitting. A stainless steel nozzle line end fitting is available as an option. The AFG-65 is designed to be used with the following BECKETT® glass shapes: SF-M65, SF-W65, SF-W122, BF-M66, CX-M83, BG-M111/113/120/130

The Igniter AF manual air assisted takeoff valve assembly is made of steel and includes a pilot air valve assembly and plastic safety cuff. The nozzle line extends to 6 5/8".

The 835 Igniter provides flexible ignition control options with an advanced electronics package. The Igniter's maintenance-free blast tube assembly is the simplest, most reliable igniter currently available and a blast tube design that has been used for over 25 years. The 835 can be configured for several different types of nozzles to fit almost any application.

With an industry first blast tube that is integrated directly into the air manifold, our new Igniter AF65 Air Furnace can direct the maximum amount of combustion air to the back of your furnace and plenums. The nozzles are positioned in front of a stainless steel mesh screen to prevent foreign materials from entering and becoming lodged in the element. This unique design also provides an energy savings over conventional furnaces, as well as a wider flame angle in the firebox that will help increase your efficiency and reduce ash buildup.

The AF65 blast air tube gives you the flexibility to design your blast with ease. The AF65 blast air tube can fit other existing equipment and work in all of the Beckett blast cabinets.

The Beckett 835 Igniter AF65 Air Tube comes with an air gun nozzle and tubing. The air tube is constructed of CMBNTN, which is chemically bonded to the metal tube. It is an excellent insulator and does not require additional protection. This air tube is made of stainless steel and will not corrode or rust through contamination with water.
