The C6097A3004 AIR PRESSURE LIMIT allows you to set your air pressure between 40 and 80 PSI. This unit is used in the Honeywell ZR3600 Air Cleaner models only.

The Honeywell C6097A3004 AIR PRESSURE LIMIT is a pressure regulator intended for use in the DIY, HVAC industry as well as other residential and commercial applications. It is ideal for use on gas appliances with nominal maximum gas pressure of 200 psig.

Designed for use with Broan/Nutone brand bath fans, this air pressure limit switch limits the maximum air pressure to supply a bathroom fan. It also features an NPT port that fits into the outlet port on most fan motors.

The Honeywell 001635 C6097A3004 8 Inch Air Pressure Limit Switch has been replaced by the 001640 (see below). This limit switch is designed to prevent equipment from running when there is low pressure in the air line. It will provide a warning when the air pressure drops to approximately 55-80 PSI. The switch has a pressure setting of 150 PSI and can be padlocked for added safety.

The Honeywell C6097A3004 Limit Switch helps to limit the range of your compressor or other equipment to keep it from operating excessively. It turns off automatically once it reaches the lowest limit pressure that you set. This is a replaceable limit switch, so if your switch fails or gets dirty, you can simply swap it out for a new one and get back to work servicing your customers.

The Honeywell C6097A3004 is a 60-psi pressure limit controller that includes an adjustable pressure-setting knob to ensure proper and safe operation of gas pilot valves.  It's designed for use with the Rheem Premier Series water heaters in order to prevent excessive water pressure buildup.
