AIR PRESSURE LIMIT SWITCH WITH AUTO

The Air Pressure Limit Switch with Auto is a convenient switch that helps maintain pressure during your system and can be used in all place. This is a high functionality switch with an adjustable pressure dial. It helps you avoid getting troubles during your work.

This Pressure Limit Switch with Auto can generate a signal in response to sensing a fall, rise or drop in air pressure. It has double action and rotary lever operation. It enables quick response when used with a limit switch.

The C6097A1004 air pressure limit switch with automatic reset has been designed and field proven to assure long, dependable life with outstanding performance. It is particularly efficient in applications where the control must be automatically actuated when a preset level of air pressure has been reached.

This air pressure switch with autoadjusting feature allows you to preset the desired pressure setting (from 30 to 50 psi) (2 to 3 bar) and turn the unit on. This unit will automatically adjust airflow as long as pressure falls at or below the preset limit (30 to 50 psi)(2 to 3 bar). When set, this actuator turns off; the system must be re-set for each new pressure requirement.

The series C6097 pressure switches are designed for mounting on an air compressor tank and to limit the pressure of compressed air supplied to the system. These air pressure limit switches have been designed for use in a variety of applications as described below. A clamp-on bonnet mounting arrangement is used on all models except the C6097A1004.

Limit Switches limit the amount of air delivered to your pump motor, rather than stopping the air. The Limit Switch has a set pressure that the switch arm will allow air to pass through when it is tripped. When your air tank’s pressure reaches this point, the switch will activate and interrupt the air delivery until the pressure is released by either relieving the pressure at the tank with a reserve ball valve or by selecting a higher tank pressure.
