The ASCO 8262H232 -120/60,110/50 Brass Body Direct Acting General Service Solenoid Valve is used in applications requiring a low cost, general purpose, normally closed valve. The valve is designed for use as a coil or line operated control in direct acting systems such as air, water, oil or natural gas.

This valve is intended for general service applications where atmospheric conditions or higher pressures are not expected to cause failure due to extreme temperature, pressure or vibration. The valve uses nitrile butylene seals which do not swell when immersed in water giving longer life and the advantage of a more positive seal preventing air and liquid leakage.
