The Astro 4550A Air Operated Paint Shaker is formed from high density, impact resistant polyethylene.  It features a vibration free paint sifter with ergo handle, a safe and secure transport system, two color coded oversize clamps to prevent leakage and cross contamination, a filter-separator that isn't submerged down into the paint can, and a convenient hook for your paint or solvent pail. The Astro Pneumatic AST4550A is an air-operated paint shaker that will agitate solvent-based paints, varnishes, stains and shellacs while sitting on a bench. Oversized clamps hold the container in place when air pressure from the paint shaker unit is applied. This paint shaker operates with low noise levels and will shake up to 20 gallons of material without damaging it.

The AST4550A Paint Shaker is pneumatic air powered and precision engineered with all metal construction. This powerful, high capacity paint shaker is equipped with oversized clamps to hold extra thick material. It has a 180-degree vibratory and rotational head that cleans large areas fast and evenly. Adding to the versatility of this paint shaker are five vibration dampening feet options including a swivel stand.

Affordably priced, the AST4550A is an ideal manual shaker for spraying coarse and medium viscosity materials. The rugged steel frame operates on 110V power and comes with the high performance long-lasting diaphragm pump. The oversized rubber pads on the clamps reduce vibration, keeping your paint material flowing well. It includes a removable catch cup and bleed valve for proper air release, plus hose connections to connect it to your air supply line.

The AST4550A gives you power in all weather conditions thanks to its IP 54 rating. It has been tested and proven to operate at low temperatures for extended periods of time. Other features include a heavy duty air compressor to lower cycle times, adjustable speed and suction control, and material horn with take-off port.
