HEX HEAD SCREW 25/BX

Avco products av11320 is a hex head screw 25/bx. It has a standard 18 thread with a 7/8 washer and is ideal for use in sheet metal, pivots and brackets.

This product is a body bolt having an upper and lower threaded portion, and a head which conforms to the shape of any standard nut and is self-locking into it. This body bolt utilizes a continuous thread for the full receiving length and has a free rotating 7/8" washer to compensate for clamping load variations. The body bolt is designed as a companion part to high strength bolts (Hex Head Screw) of the same diameter and offers high strength at moderate assembly cost.

Use these hex head bolts to assemble wood products that require pre-drilled openings. (Note: These bolts are not recommended for building a deck, or other heavy-duty applications.) The flat washer is a free spinning type and provides extra safety by preventing the bolt from coming loose once tightened.
