When placed on top of the oblong stones in your bread, our deck will allow heat to transfer evenly throughout your dough for a perfect bake. Our durable polycarbonate deck is easy to clean, lightweight, and won't hinder the oven's airflow. Woven wire mesh insert on front of deck catches pizzas that may try to slip off the grates.
