The Belimo B212 | B+TFRX24-3-S | CCV | 0.5" | 2 Way | 3 Cv | w/ Spring Return | 24V | Floating | SW is a direct replacement for your old 2 way valves. It has a compact design and has an integrated locking device so it can be used in applications where space is very limited. The valve only returns if there is a pressure difference to provide automatic balancing of the hot and cold water loads. This model ships with floating stems which enables you to adjust the horizontal position of the valve as needed.

The B212 is a 2-way valves with a trim for a 3.0-inch valve body that is available in .5" or .75". The spring return, floating trim design allows for B212 | B+TFRX24-3-S | CCV | 0.5" | 2 Way | 3 Cv | w/ Spring Return | 24V | Floating | SW to be used in both commercial and residential applications.
