The Belimo P500A-GR Positive Feedback Potentiometer is a special purpose device that is fitted between a controller and the actuator to allow for fast and accurate system testing. The potentiometer has a high stability to temperature variations (0.1% max) and large travel distance (1mm minimum to 10 mm maximum). It is tested in factory according to the ISO8673-30 standard, which specifies operating temperate range of -25C to +70C, but can be operated over whole C range.

Feedback potentiometers provide accurate temperature control while eliminating the risk of fire or injury present in a direct mount heating element. In addition, the feedback circuit provides valuable protection against over-temperature conditions.
