The new Blue Ox baseplate BSPLT for the 2020 Ram 1500 Classic transfer case uses a tapered roller bearing that reduces axial loads on the truck's frame. With six spring-loaded, progressive-rate leaf springs and an aluminum cross member that is welded to the frame for added strength, the 2418 RAM kit is a rugged, safe way to tow your trailer.

The Blue Ox baseplate fits perfectly in the stock height, 2" receiver of the 2020 RAM 1500 Classic. The keyed high-pinion offset of the BX2020 is designed to tuck under the factory front bumper to allow room for a winch and provides up to 4" of tire clearance when properly adjusted. This precise fit allows for proper recovery angles needed with today's Utility Trailers.
