The PANEL 360 120VAC 4BREAKER is a small marine panel, with a range of 10 to 15 amps, excellent for anchor and windlass systems, smaller stoves and refrigeration systems. Features include four spring clips, with brass wings for easy installation, and it works for either AC or DC outputs

It is a marine grade panel with terminations on the right side and features a blocking diode as well as UV resistant plastic connectors. This device allows you to shut off power to your lights at the switch but still have them come on if the main breaker is tripped. The labels are in excelent condition and it works perfectly.
