The Browning Bushed Classical Sheave is a 2" shaft for a 3" belt, that is made to work with A Bushing and uses H bushing. This sheave does not have a groove cut in the shaft and features a knurled steel stopper to prevent the belt from coming loose.

Classical® Series Bushed Drum Sheaves are for use on bushed drives. They are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate 3L or 4L belts.

The Bushed sheaves feature a welded joint between the housing and wheel which allows for easier installation in wooden shafts. These sheaves are also ideal for splicing two belts together.

The bushed sheave must be used near the end of a conveyor belt when it is necessary to mount a drive sprocket or idler wheel. It permits mounting lower than the drive line and places little strain on sheaves closer to the power source. It works with all types of belts whether flat or round, bushings are always required. The bushed type allows use on twisted or speed-reducing belts.
