The 5TB70 is a direct replacement for the Browning #5-S-A (05S03A ) sheave and is an identical part used in the lower unit of most Browning 5.0 HP to 10.5 HP outboard motors from 1973-1983 models with a cast iron lower unit including those with a tilt steering wheel or if your sheared off studs on your 5TB60 are not accessible to you then you will need this to replace them.
