The Model BK55H bushed sheave is intended for use with 2,000 lbs. B or 1,450 lbs. A or 5,000 lbs. B or 3,400 lbs. A belt on a Browning FHP harmonic drive unit. The sheave is designed to reduce the vibration transmitted to the driven equipment and to transmit drive power efficiently.

Increase the life of your belt while protecting the drive bushing in single-groove sheaves with the Browning TFH Series Sheave. This sheave features a reinforced back plate and nylon bushings for greater longevity, and heavy-duty hardware that prevents loosening during use.

Here is a complete working replacement sheave for your Browning BK55H or BK75H, please make sure you select the correct belt size (4L or 5L) If your belt has an A on the end it uses a rounded spindle if the belt has a B on the end it uses an oval shaped spindle. If the belt has a flat spindle go to our other sheaves that have flanges and use FB in the description. This sheave uses H-Bushing

The Browning BK55H Bushed Classical Gripbelt Sheave, 4L or A, 5L or B Belt, 1 Groove, Uses H Bushing is made with steel to ensure long-lasting use. It comes with a 12×1.5 thread, and it fits belts with 3/8" pitch. This sheave is 9-7/16" tall and has a 2" bore diameter.

The Browning Bushed Sheave is manufactured from high quality steel and provides consistent spare parts management. The sheave is designed to work with splicing bars, belts and belting. Fully machined with no weld assembly or heat treatment required. Designed for long life and maximum efficiency with minimum maintenance.

The bushed sheave is designed to work with the H bushing and V groove belt.

The BK55H bushed classical gripbelt sheave from Browning® is built with a rugged 5L hub and 4L bearing. The BK55H features 1 groove, uses a H bushing. Two screws are supplied for attaching the sheave to the deck. Optional snubber bushings can be specified separately.
