The 263710 Infrared Broiler Burner is a perfect addition to your Jade Range and Griddle. The infrared burners put the heat where you need it and keep grease away from food. Unlike traditional burners, they create no flare-ups and allow even heating across the entire range. This burner is compatible with all Jade ranges except 463174-S1, 463127-S1, and 463153.

The cooktop also has a 24000 BTU rear burner with infinite variable control to keep food warm. The Brillioneau design allows for combining burners to increase cooking capacity.
